1. Pre-order items can be purchased now however they will only be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after. Please note details on item description for estimate shipping dates of pre-order items.
2. Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
3. If you purchase a pre-order item along with other item/s, your order will not be shipped out. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives. If you would like your items to be shipped out separately from your pre-order item, you will need to make two separate purchases.
1. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders. Please only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you absolutely want the item(s).
Returns & Exchanges:
1. Please contact us via email ( email@example.com ) within 14 days (of receiving your item/s) for returns and exchanges.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact that you received it. All returns must be shipped back to us within 3 business days from the time you make contact with us. We are not responsible for the loss of a parcel during transit.
3. Please take that any late response will not be entertained. We will track the date you received your order and delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
4. Returns and exchanges are issued after the product has been received and processed.
5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to make a claim for return & refund or exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange your item. We will need the following details if the item is allegedly damaged/defective:
(a) Kindly explain what/which parts is damaged / defective;
(b) A photo of the defective item / damage to the item;
(c) A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact.
We will then process your claim and respond to you via email within 14 days upon receipt of your claim.
